Book Review: Heaven Changes Everything

Heaven Changes Everything is a follow up to the book Heaven is For Real which I reviewed a little while back.

While Heaven is For Real is more about Colton’s trip to Heaven, Heaven Changed Everything is more about how things changed since Colton’s trip and is from his parents, Todd and Sonja’s, perspective.

Each chapter starts with an except from the original book and then some thought from either Todd, Sonja or both that relate to the original passage.  Each chapter also ends with a quote from the bible as well.

There seemed to be a decent amount of repeated information – but this story is just so fascinating to me that I didn’t mind reading about it again.  I also find it interesting how children who die seem to grow in heaven (Colton says his misscarried sister was a “little girl”) but those who are older and frail seem to grow younger (or pick an age when they were at their prime and stick with it) because he saw his grandfather as a young man which he was able to identify in photographs.
