“Scraplifting” is the term used when you take someone else’s scrapbook idea and “steal” it. You may scraplift just an element, you may just get an idea from someone else’s page, or maybe you’ll just copy it completely. I have a section on my pinterest dedicated to scrapbook layouts in hopes they will give me inspiration. This post will focus on 1 layout I “scraplifted”
This layout inspired me to get some shape punches in various sizes so that I could do the star and mat effect as seen in this layout. I actually ended up loving how the star punches worked so well, I also bought some heart punches so look for those in some of my layouts (if they haven’t already appeared in a post) I used this technique on a January 2013 post from a Kris Allen show where I wasn’t too impressed with the photos that I took.
