Recap:
This was I believe P!NK’s first headlining tour. I got 2nd row seats during a radio presale and was so excited I put that I lived in the UK instead of the US when checking out and called the venue like 80 times to make sure the tickets were really going to be mailed to me. They thought I was nuts. They did obviously get to me without a problem.
No cameras were allowed for this show and Oakdale was (is?) super strict about this. I tried to sneak mine in and got yelled at by the guard for lying when I said I would take it to the car and had to check it. The guy in front of me somehow snuck in a disposable camera and got yelled at during the show for taking pics so even though I wanted to start out 2015 including concert photos from scanned negatives… There is nothing available for this show at all!
Pink wore a see through bra for most of her set so that may have had something to do with the no camera rule, or maybe not. The set was relatively short but a good time. I remember it being awkward to be so close during the opening act because I didn’t know any of their songs and was worried they could see me. I also almost caught a towel at the end of the show but got knocked over instead. Fun times.
Where Are They Now:
Pink is obviously still kicking ass and taking names.
Candy Ass I can’t find much about currently. They were an all girl rock group
