Recap:

I think this is the show where there were two really, really loud and obnoxious drunk girls. The venue was so tiny that almost any crowd noise could be heard, and for the most part everyone was being really respectful.  Except for these 2 girls.  Finally Stephen mentioned something about how he was trying to sing and heard what sounded like just gnats buzzing.  Everyone cheered because everyone knew exactly what he was talking about but unfortunately the girls didn’t get it!  Also after the show Jen’s car was involved in a hit and run and the side mirror got knocked off while it was parked outside.  If I remember correctly I was 21 but Jen wasn’t yet so I was the only one allowed to leave and come back in to the venue so I had to go out and scope out the scene and then call 911 to get a police report done up.

Recap:

If I am remembering correctly, this was at a Teen Center.  The first opener reminded me of Zac Hanson and the girls I was with who were also Hanson fans, thought that I was nuts, but we all had to crack up when he started singing MMMBop! We started up at the balcony and finished the night in the front row due to so many parents coming to pick up their kids. Soucy was talking to us after the show about how he could see the parents show up and text their kids and the kids leave the crowd.  Definitely interesting!

I must have had photos from this show but they seem to be missing!

Recap:  Ah the college days. We roadtripped to New Hampshire I believe after Thanksgiving to see SK6ers. There were 4 of us. It was a lot of fun. Especially going up to NH (Red Sox country) in my friend Jen’s Dad’s Jeep COVERED in Yankees stickers!  Goose’s nephew was at this show and was hilarious, someone had a cut out of Goose and he walked up to it and said “HI UNCLE KEITH!” and we still quote that all the time!  I don’t remember much of the show itself… I guess that’s what happens trying to think back almost 10 years. I’m old!

I also can’t seem to find any photos from this show which seems very odd.

Recap: I won tickets to this show and took my mom for her birthday.  (Funny because this post is being posted on her birthday! Happy Birthday Mom!) We started out in Row X which was the last row of the theater.  One of the ushers told us that since not many people had bought tickets, if we wanted to we could move up to the front of our section, which put us at row K.  Later she told us we could move up even further which meant we ended up in row C and then later another usher said if I wanted to go up to the front row to take a couple of photos I could, as long as I didn’t use a flash.  This was before I was more of an expert on how to take photos without a flash so I lot of them came out blurry even though I thought they’d be ok because I didn’t think Ruben would move around that much! After the show we got to meet Ruben – he had said he’d be doing pics and autographs but we were the last ones to get to him and by the time I got up to him he was telling his handler he had to get out of there so we didn’t get more than autographs.

Recap:
This was a late show up at the casino. It was also general admission seating, even though I found out about the show and my cousin got the tickets before the show was actually announced – so if they were based on first come first serve we’d have been much closer than we ended up.  The ushers decided where you would sit and we even tried using the old it’s my cousins birthday gag…

This show was interesting.  Things were running late, so the attendant at the handicapped accessible area started scanning our tickets early so once they got the OK for doors we could go right in.  Except that when we got the OK for doors we ALSO got the word that John was having throat issues and wouldn’t be performing.  Sheryl still would so we could either go in and see her OR we could skip the show and get our refund.  I wasn’t sure how refunds would work because our tickets were already scanned, but they finally ended up giving us the refund after me fighting them for what seemed like weeks. Our story checked out w/ the venue so they gave us the refund.  John was so bummed he apologized for it a million times the next time he came to town.  I wonder if this was the beginning of his throat issues that knocked him out of the game for a bit…

Unfortunately I gave my tickets to my friend Jen since someone she knew had gotten them for us to try and get us the refund and she lost them before she was able to give me mine back.
