Journey Soulo is a course from friends Kristine and Toni. I recently had the chance to try out their online course – Travel with Confidence and Courage. Kristine and Toni are veterans to traveling alone so they share their tips and stories to help make you feel more at ease. By the time your finish the course you will have more:
CONTROL because you identified the fears that have stopped you from traveling.
POWER because you analyzed those fears and released them of their power.
CONFIDENCE because you examined your comfort zone and took steps to expand it.
KNOWLEDGE because you learned how to leverage the resources around you.
COURAGE because you tackled your fears and found out they weren’t so scary after all.
The price for membership is $30.00 for the Travel With Courage & Confidence membership level.
The course is broken up into 8 sections:
Section 1 – Introduction
Section 2 – What’s Stopping You from Traveling?
Section 3 – Address Your Fears
Section 4 – Step Outside of your Comfort Zone
Section 5 – Overcome Your Travel Fears
Section 6 – Leverage your Resources
Section 7 – Envision Your Dream Trip
Section 8 – Celebrate
Each section has between 2 and 7 videos for you to watch as well as homework for you to use what you have learned from the videos to find out what your fears may be and properly address them.
Here’s a sample video:
I really liked the way the videos and sections were set up. It helped you overcome your fears and what it might cost you if you don’t. While the homework could be challenging at times, it really made you take a look at yourself and what your fears are. Could they be overcome? How much would you miss out on if you don’t try to overcome them? What will you miss out if you don’t travel alone internationally?
Are you afraid to travel on your own internationally? Are you willing to overcome your fears? ONE lucky ConcertKatie reader will receive enrollment in this course.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
