What is the most unusual place you have visited?
Probably the jail we spent the night at in Ottawa. It was an old jail converted to a hostel and we thought it would be FUN! But we ended up staying up all night freaked out and left SUPER early the next day haha

I can’t tell you that, it’s a secret!

I’m not big on driving other people’s cars so I’m not really sure when it was. Although it was probably my moms car and I hate driving that thing lol

Probably when I was putting in ridiculous hours at work. That was rough and I’m not sure I’d ever do something like that again – working 3 weeks work in only 2 weeks!

I’ve written 2 novels. Not that they’ll ever be published. I don’t know what I’d write about if money was on the line though

A LOT of people… especially people who drive in my town.

I’m totally cool with it – the mother is usually covered and I don’t think its practical that the baby should eat in the bathroom. I wouldn’t want to eat in the bathroom.. why should a baby have to?

What is your favorite charity? I don’t know that I have a favorite, but I do support World Vision, Donors Choose, Salvation Army, Heifer and Take The Walk when I can.

Have you prepared your family home for a catastrophic emergency? Catastrophic? probably not. We can’t even find where we left the flashlights when we lose power!

What is the furthest away you have traveled for Christmas or other holiday? I’m not sure we have ever left CT for Christmas… sometimes we go to NH for other holidays though

Not really.

Probably over the summer when I went to get the mail.

How do you entertain yourself during a traffic jam?
Usually with music, though generally not the radio because it ends up going on a loop if I am stuck for more than a couple of hours.

Have you ever wanted to live somewhere else? Where?

Yes, anywhere but here!

Have you caught someone in a lie recently?

In a lie, no, but being pretty shady, yes. But they don’t know I know…

Do you live in the past?
I think I have my moments where I do, but I wouldn’t say I am stuck in it.

What have you had to wait for?
I have to wait for all my concerts to get here.. and sometimes tickets go on sale REALLY far in advance (like next week NKOTBSB tickets are going on sale but the show is not until June) and if it is someone I really want to see it is almost like torture! haha

Nope

Yes, but nothing too extreme. Usually just involving going to a concert last minute or deciding to camp out at a show or something.  No tattoos or running away or getting married… and once again these let me see just how boring I really am 😉

I have no significant other so I guess I would need one of those first…

LOL yes.

I think it was my mom calling to ask if I wanted to go grocery shopping with her

Do you have a crazy habit or superstition you must perform in certain situations, such as throwing salt over your should when you spill it?
Not really. For a while I didn’t like to listen to the band I was going to see on the way to a concert because, well, I’m not sure why, but I got over that lol

The invention of boybands? lol I don’t know

Do you have a certain day of the week for particular meal, such as pizza night or a family night, such as Game night?
We usually have pizza on Fridays and pasta on Wednesdays and Sundays.

What is your favorite brand of tea (or iced tea)?
I like Lipton, 4C, Nestea is alright every now and then

Have you ever joined a dating service or used personal ads to find a date?
I have a profile on OKCupid, but I signed up only to check out a guy my friend wanted to contact. I got bored and filled it out, but no one has contacted me and I don’t really bother to look for anyone.

What is the last project you worked hard on, only to get knocked down with friends /family insults about it?
I don’t think there has been anything like that, I usually kick butt at projects.

When was the last time you felt old or were told by someone else that you were too old to do something?
I feel old every day.  Especially seeing that kids I used to babysit are in college or graduating high school.  Or that the girl from Goonies is playing a GRANDMA on a TV show now. (Granted, a young grandma, but still!)

I’ve met most of my favorite celebrities and to see what I said to them… well you’ll just have to find those blog posts (if they are even up!)

What is the nicest thing about sleeping with someone else, or sleeping alone?
I don’t like sleeping with someone else because I flop around a lot, and I try to contain it when I am with someone else and then I end up not having a good night’s sleep lol

I’m not big on karaoke, but I’m usually willing to do any song I am relatively familiar with.

If you grew up in a one-horse town, are you still there, or did you try living somewhere else?

I still live where I grew up, but really want to get out ASAP because it’s not a great place even though everyone else seems to think it is.

Hmm. Bagels or those ‘nuts for nuts’ you can get on the corner. (Which I am currently not allowed to eat because of my braces. boo)

LOL considering my favorite band is Hanson who sings MMMBop which probably has one of the most annoying chorus’ of all time, but I love it, I’m not really sure I can answer this one…

What was your best summer vacation memory as a child?

I was going to say our trip to Disney World but then I remembered that was Spring Break and not Summer… and now I can’t think of any summer trips we took even though I am sure we must have lol

I don’t know what a dimestore is.

Can you tell us about a nightmare you have had recently?

I had one just the other night.  I was back working at Toys R Us and a crazy dude came in right at close with a gun.  Clearly this was some sort of hybrid from watching the finale of last season’s Greys Anatomy somewhat recently.

Democrats, Republicans or Tea Party? Who will sweep the elections?

I don’t really pay much attention to politics. I don’t know that anyone will sweep and I kind of think we’re all doomed either way.  Especially since most of the ads here at least are – my opponent sucks and here’s why – and not ‘here’s what I’ll do if elected’

5. NO MORE MISTER NICE GUY : “My dog bit me on the leg today

Have you ever done something that embarrassed your family?

I don’t think so, but you’d have to ask them!

Have you ever been motion sick? Was it in a car, on a plane, or on a boat?

As far as I know I am not motion sick, but when I went on my cruise I took tablets every day just in case.  You had to start taking them before you got on the boat so I have no idea if I would have gotten sick if not.

What celebrity death really bothered you?

I was really devastated over Michael Cuccione from 2gether’s death.  I pretty much still am but it has been a while so I am better dealing with that grief.

What is your favorite science fiction movie?

I don’t have one. (Seriously every week I am reminded how boring I am with these things)

I don’t really do anything odd on Halloween.  When I was young I trick or treated, then we gave up on it, I went to a couple of parties and then we went out to dinner to avoid the trick or treaters and this year I’ll be in Oklahoma for Halloween with Hanson.
