Product Review: Samsung Note/Galaxy Cable

I have gone through several chargers for my S5 – I like to have one in my purse for on the go, one in my room, one at work, etc and since the phone only came with 1 I’ve found myself buying extras.  This is the first one that I have tried that seems to work just as well as the officially branded Samsung charger.  Others I have tried have stopped powering my phone after several uses. I’ve been using this one for several weeks now and it is working just as good as the day I took it out of the package and I am quite pleased with it.

Too many others have stopped charging all together or are temperamental and only charge if the phone is at a certain angle – and trust me, spinning the phone and tilting it gets old – fast! Especially when you get a text, read it, and have to start all over again moments after you finally had it at the perfect angle to charge!  I kept waking up to a phone only charged 60% because sometime during the night it stopped getting a charge to it.  With the Genius charger I have not had any problem like that and it gets a great, quick charge no matter where I have left it!

This Galaxy S5 and Samsung Note 3 USB cable doesn’t just say “Genius” on the outside; it features truly genius technology on the inside. An OEM-certified charger, the Samsung Micro USB 3.0 cable allows you to fully benefit from the USB 3.0 capabilities of your device while consuming less power and protecting your Note 3 or Galaxy S5 from damage due to overheating.

With an ordinary Samsung Galaxy S5 car charger, 2.0 Samsung Note 3 cable or 2.0 Samsung Galaxy S5 cable, you have to wait for 6 to 8 hours for your device to go from 0 to 100% battery power. Who has that kind of time? The Genius Technology featured in this Samsung Galaxy S5 charging cable slashes charging time in half, so you’re ready to talk, text, surf and more in just to 2 to 3 hours!
