Product Review: PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands

Since Thanksgiving, I’ve been dealing with an arm injury after a fall down the stairs.  I recently started going to Physical Therapy for it and am working on ways to help strengthen my arm. Enter PhatonFit Resistance bands! The package coems with 4 different bands – Light, Medium, Heavy and X-Heavy so as my arm gets stronger and stronger I can move up through each of the resistances.  Each is a different color so that you won’t be confused and can easily just grab the one you need.

The package also includes a nylon carrying case AND PhantomFit’s favorite workout music you can download as an MP3!

PhantomFit Resistance bands are the best solution because they:
– Are perfect for physical therapy exercises all the way to intense workouts
– Works flawlessly for arm, ankle, and leg workouts
– Are separated by resistance level to meet your needs
– Are extremely durable and long-lasting
– Are lightweight and portable

The bands are the perfect size for my injury and are super easy to use. I like that there is a case so I can keep them all together and safe!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

This month’s theme was county fair and was filled with a lot of great snacks.

Montreal Steak Spice Seasoning Potato Chips by Covered Bridge
These old-fashioned kettle-cooked gluten free chips are seasoned with your favorite steak seasoning for a spicy crunch.

I liked these after the first couple of chips but then they were very spicy and I couldn’t eat more than about 5 in a sitting. They reminded me of seasoned french fries though.

Pineapple + Coconut Fruit Ice by Smoozei
Beat the summer heat with this delicious vegas, dairy-free pop (remember to freeze before you eat)

This was a great combo and very good!

Cinammon Grahams by Skeeter Nut Free
These little squirrel-shaped nut-free snacks will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you going ride after ride.

These are a great road trip or post concert snack! Loved the flavor!

Salty Peanut Salt Water Taffy by Salty Road
Two classic fair flavors combine forces in this ultimate peanut treat

Peanut Butter taffy is a favorite of mine. And this was one of the best I’ve ever tried.

Salty Caramel Apple Salt Water Taffy by Salty Road
Inspired by salted caramel apple pie, this taffy wins our prize for “Best in Show”

I wasn’t sure what to think about a caramel apple flavored taffy – but this was really, really good.

Lollipops by Yummy Earth
Let out your inner child and indulge guilt-free in these organic suckers in flavors like Googly Grape and Strawberry Smash.

My flavors were Mango Tango and Pomegranate 2 fruits (or 3 if tango is tangerine?) that I am not a fan of. They were VERY flavorful though.

Crispy Cheddar Crackers by Back to Nature
Presto! Just like the crackers you loved as a kid, but without the junk – savor the taste of cheddar cheese in a deliciously light crunch.

I’m all about Cheddar Crackers and these did not disappoint!

Kettle Sweet Peanuts by Love with Food
Its okay to get carried away with this sweet, salty and nutty combo… Just do it and #GoNuts!

These were absolutely amazing and I was really bummed when the bag was empty!

Nutty Rice Bites with Blueberries by 180 Snacks
Crunch your way through these bites-size crispy clusters, all dressed up for summer with sweet blueberries

These were the perfect size to pop in your mouth. Smelled like blueberries as soon as the package was opened and tasted like blueberries even though I didnt see that many blueberries throughout.
