Although I try to avoid graphic novels, I was drawn to the My Little Pony The Magic of Friendship book. I LOVED My Little Pony as a kid (in fact, my first set of personal checks were my little pony). But I must start by saying that I absolutely HATE the “makeover” they were given along with a few other of my childhood favorites. I tried to ignore it to actually enjoy the story though since that is what I am reviewing!
The ponies discover that they have all been having nightmares. Then they realize that it is all the same nightmare so they are on a mission to figure out what is causing it and what they can do to help.
It ‘s a cute book about the magic of friendship and I thought it was a good story to teach you that you shouldn’t be afraid of your nightmares!
