Product Review: BA STAR Stardust

Recently I got the chance to try out BA STAR Makeup. I do not normally wear makeup because I feel like I a) don’t know what I’m doing, b) Don’t have the time. But BA STAR was super easy to use and am now trying to plan out outfits that will work with the Deep Plum color I was sent to review so I can wear it again and again!
BA STAR Stardust is a loose mineral shadow. You can make your look natural or dramatic depending on the colors that you choose (they have several and I am thinking about buying a couple more!) The shadow is great for cheering, dance, performance or just for every day wear!
I was also sent BA STAR Glue -Shadow base which I used for a primer under the stardust for a more dramatic look and super strong hold. I was very pleased with the results! I also tried it one night without the base and I didn’t like how it looked and it also seemed to end up getting in my eye here and there as well. I would definitely recommend using the base first!
The base comes in a tube and has an applicator that you just rub on your eyelid or wherever on your body you want the stardust to stick. Brush the stardust on top and – ta da! You’ll be looking great in no time!
The BA STAR website (www.bastar.com) has all sorts of great make up – it is geared more towards performance but can be used for every day too of course. The stardust sells for $8.75 for a container and I think it will last for many, many uses.
