One of my goals in 2012 was to try and lose some weight. So far things have been going alright for me, but I decided to try and kick things up a notch and try weight loss hypnosis.

There are 3 different MP3s that I received to check out: Eat Healthy, Fitness Motivation and Naturally Slim. When you start listening, the first week you should listen to Eat Healthy every day for a week. The second week, you introduce Naturally Slim and listen that recording once a day for a week and listen to Eat Healthy only once that week. On your 3rd week you introduce Fitness Motivation and listen to it each day for a week and listen to Naturally Slim and Eat Healthy only once that week. In your fourth week, you listen to each of the recordings once.
Once you have been doing this for a month, you then listen to each recording only once a month.
It is best if you listen when you can give the sessions your full attention and not while you are driving or performing any activity which requires concentration.
The Eat Healthy MP3 is about 12 minutes long. Naturally Slim is about 9 minutes and Fitness Motivation is just over 10 minutes. I opted to listen just before I was going to bed because the voice on the MP3s was very calming and relaxing to me, so in addition to hypnosis to get myself to eat healthy, it was also a way to calm down and unwind each night.
I can’t say for sure that the hypnosis MP3s is the reason for my weigh loss, but my loss has been pretty consistent since I started using the MP3s each night. (I am also counting calories in addition to using the body mind MP3s.)
